We are committed to supporting all our Valued Members, Vendors and Partners during this time. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to support you. Our priority is to help our Members and Vendors. Especially now and in the coming months, we want to reassure you that this will be our number one priority. We will work on a case by case basis to navigate these difficulties and do our very best to ensure we all come through this together. As this situation continues to unfold, the Optical group will continue to adapt our responses and adjust our business practices as needed. We are in this together.
As responsible community members, we are following health guidelines to reduce the risk of exposure to our employees, families and the public. All Optical Group staff are now working remotely. Responses to phone calls will be delayed, however please leave a message. Messages will be checked daily and all emails will be responded to as usual.
